Linking your bank through our partner Plaid is core to providing a seamless Intentions experience. Most of the time, things just work, but when they don't, it can feel frustrating and out of your control. We wanted to change that, so this week we built a clear, guided recovery process for when your card connection breaks.

Robust Card Linking

• Re-link: Log in with your credentials to re-establish the link.
• Deep Refresh: Re-select your accounts for a clean Plaid reset.
• Automatic Support Ticket: If both steps fail, we open a ticket and email you updates.

We redesigned the Accounts page to show a full history of your card status. Our internal goal? Resolve any card issue within one hour. With this change duplicates are always automatically handled to keep your data clean and secure.

AI Chat

With so many ways to explore your data, it can be hard to know where to start. That’s why we built AI Chat, to spark curiosity and let tags and views filter themselves. Don’t worry, you’re not stuck in chat; each question becomes its own dashboard instance, so you can explore and compare scenarios side-by-side. We've got big plans for Chat, stay tuned!
